Food For Thought
Your brain depends on the nutrients you put into your body. While every ingredient in BrainGear can also be found in food, it's virtually impossible to eat enough of it to feel a difference. That’s the reason we created BrainGear: to give your brain the food it needs to thrive.

Ingredients That Didn’t Make the Cut
We excluded these common brain supplements from our formula for a reason
Omega 3
While important to brain health, many people already supplement this nutrient in large quantities, or get enough from other sources such as nuts and fatty fish. It is also not water-soluble.
Magnesium
Most people get enough magnesium from their daily diets as well as extra magnesium from their multivitamins. It is also not readily soluble in liquid form.
MCT Oil
This trendy supplement is only effective if you are on a low-carb, high-protein diet. Most people don’t have the right lifestyle for MCT Oil to work. It is also not water-soluble.
