Here’s what to do:
- Contact our customer service team at email@example.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) or an Exchange Merchandise Number (EMA#).
- Ship your unused product, the original invoice and RMA or EMA number to:

Return postage will be the responsibility of the customer. We always recommend getting a delivery confirmation to avoid any delays. All packages returned refused or undeliverable will be refunded the cost of the product minus the shipping fees incurred by refusal of the package.
- Any return must be received by BrainGear within two months of the purchase date.
- Once your package is received, all refunds will be processed within one week.
